
Three Part Program for Women
Part 1
Learn the power of mindfulness & being fully present to the moment: We rely so much today on reading our environment from our cognitive intelligence alone. This can cause stress , anxiety and even depression. The horses can teach you to access the intelligence of your heart and your body so as you can increase your wellbeing and reduce stress in your life.
Part 2
Learn techniques around listening to and honoring your inner voice. This is turn will support you to stand in your true power. When we are in alignment physically, emotionally and spiritually, not only will the horses be willing to connect more deeply with you but they will give you the knowledge and feedback to take this learning into other areas of your life.
Part 3
Explores the principles of healthy boundaries. Learning how to honor your needs in a balanced and respectful manner whilst managing the demands and expectations of others. We also look at how we can increase balance in our lives and in our relationships and what this may look like and feel like. Drawing upon specific life coaching techniques the ELEA horses will support you to listen to and interpret your environment from a much broader perspective. This increased self awareness may be able to assist you to move forward in your life more easefully and with a stronger sense of self and
